No login Screen

Hi

I just installed reader extension server 9 and everything seemed to go normally. I can access the Administration GUI but can not get a login screen for reader extension server. I just get to the link http:\\localhost:8080\ReaderExtensions\Welcome?ap=1 and then a blank blue screen with "Done" in the status bar of IE.  There is no box to enter username and password.

I tried removing it completely and reinstalling but it didnt make any difference.  I tried searching the internet and formums but found no information.

Any ideas?
